So today went to the dentist to get my teeth check and to see how my retainer is holding out... Come to find out my teeth have shifted a lil bit so he had to tight my retainer and told me I have to sleep in them because they must be worn 21 hours .... This sucks, but hey it will be all worth it in the end!
